Aerospace and defense products and services supplier AAR Corporation (AIR - Free Report) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2016 earnings of 32 cents per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 45 cents by 28.9%.

Selling, general and administrative expenses declined 9.4% to $46.3 million.
The company incurred interest expense of $1.2 million, lower than $7.1 million in the year-ago quarter.
